What you'll do

• Project Planning and execution: define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop project plans and resource requirements; develop project timelines and ensure that project milestones are met on time / schedule
• Project Financial: manage project budgets and financials, ensuring that the project does not exceed the allocated resources and meets the financial goals
• Team Management: coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: manage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, facilitate communication across departments and with clients
• Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: ensure that project deliverables meet the quality standards set, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes.
• Customer Centricity: effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers’ needs, while proactively identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer relationships.

What you'll need

• 3/5 years of experience as IT Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in other SaaS companies or system integrators.
• Proven experience in delivering complex and international projects, leading cross-functional teams, using best practices and adequate tools.
• Experience in gathering customer requirements, product backlog prioritization, developing effort estimates/schedules, and issuing Statements of Works.
• In-demand certifications: PMI-ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively, collaborate with internal teams, and interact with management
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2).

What’s nice to have

• Previous experience in implementing and overseeing the delivery of Field Service Management solutions for different types of industries (e.g., Telco, Utilities, Rail)
• Previous experience in a product software company
• Previous experience working with international clients
• Knowledge of GIS technology
