Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for digital services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with government objectives.
- Manage a prioritized product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to iteratively deliver digital services using Agile methodologies.
- Oversee user research, software development, testing, and deployment in a cloud environment.
- Ensure integration with existing systems and compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards.
- Facilitate the transition of services to sustainment, including SLAs and performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital service delivery.
- Proven experience in product management within digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and human-centered design.
- Experience in government digital services or enterprise-level system integration.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
