Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with expertise in Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum methodology, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring smooth project execution. If you are passionate about Agile methodologies, have strong communication skills, and have experience with Dynamics 365, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that all team members are actively engaged.
• Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-maintained, prioritized, and refined to meet business goals.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder team progress, ensuring they stay focused on delivering high-quality work.
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and transparent working environment, supporting effective communication between cross-functional teams (development, QA, business stakeholders).
• Progress Tracking: Track and report on sprint progress, ensuring the team delivers on time and within scope. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on team performance.
• Agile Coaching: Guide and mentor team members on Scrum best practices, helping to foster continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all Agile-related queries and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Dynamics 365 & Test Management: Leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 to contribute to the team’s success, supporting testing and ensuring the smooth management of related processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Scrum Knowledge: Strong understanding of Scrum techniques, ceremonies, and artifacts such as Definition of Done, user stories, backlog refinement, and automated testing.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive team collaboration.
• Scrum Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
• Dynamics 365 Expertise: Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 in a project or development role.
• Technical Familiarity: Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
