Job Role- Product Manager

Experience range- 3 to 10

Job Location- Mumbai

Must-Have:

• Product Management experience
• Ability to comprehend complex problems and describe in a simple manner
• Strong Analytical and Quantitative skills
• Demonstrate ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
• Strategic thinking
• Analyse customer needs and design a generic implementation
• Build USP’s for the product in Indian market and International market
• Define / track / deliver product deliverables as part of Product Roadmap
• Customer Presentations on key capabilities
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing of the product
• Review the UI and suggest improvements
• Analytics at various eco system level such as Item level analytics, Assessment level analytics, Candidate analytics etc
• Apply design thinking principles in defining new product capabilities
• Product releases
• Competitor Analysis & Ability to research and provide good product insights
