Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will assess the impact of security incidents, develop and execute containment and recovery strategies, and lead a team of analysts to ensure a swift response to security threats. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and strengthen our information security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and manage the impact of information security events and incidents.
• Develop and implement effective incident containment and recovery plans.
• Lead and mentor a team of Cyber Security Analysts, ensuring timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to respond to security incidents in a coordinated manner.
• Ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001, NESA, PCI DSS, and SWIFT.
• Manage security monitoring tools and improve incident response processes.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in information security incident response, preferably in financial institutions.
• Experience working in a Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT), Computer Security Incident Response Centre (CSIRC), or Security Operations Centre (SOC)
• Expertise in security monitoring tools, incident handling, and response technologies.
• Risk scanning, Vulnerability, FortiSOAR, Cloud Environment KQL/Sentinel
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NESA, and SWIFT standards.
• Experience with TCP/IP, intrusion detection, and network security.
• Certifications like CISSP, CEH, GCIH, or Security+ are a plus.
