Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Solutions/Product leader to lead the development and execution of the product roadmap. This role will be instrumental in driving the evolution of AI-powered solutions, ensuring they meet the critical needs of environmental conservation and climate action. You will be at the forefront of developing technology that will have a real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a product vision aligned with the company’s mission
• Develop and manage a product roadmap focused on AI and robotics solutions for conservation.
• Identify and assess opportunities for expanding solutions.
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to deployment and optimization.
• Drive innovation in robotics and AI applications for sustainability.
• Research to understand the needs of conservation organizations/environmental agencies.
• Measure and communicate the environmental impact of those solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the adoption of our technology.
• Work with engineering, roboticists, ecologists and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Experience:

• Proven experience in product management or solutions development, ideally in climate tech, environmental science, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI, robotics, and data analytics.
• Passion for environmental conservation and climate action.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
