Your main responsibilities and challenges as Designer

As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing visual content across various digital platforms for different companies within Prime Group. You will play a key role in maintaining a strong and engaging brand presence through compelling design and storytelling.

Additionally, you will research new markets and identify the best branding and marketing trends to follow.

Do you meet our Prime Designer requirements?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on social media content creation.
• Ideally, a degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva; experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Dynamic and highly creative, with a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, and social media managers) and adapting designs based on feedback.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Proven ability to take initiative, stay up to date with social media trends, and develop visually engaging content tailored for each platform.
• Passionate about branding and digital content, with a strong focus on delivering engaging and high-performing designs for social media audiences.
