Senior IT Project Manager (m/f)

Experis IT Luxembourg is currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager for one of its Banking client.

Your Mission :

Project Management & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion
• Define and clarify project scope, ensuring alignment with time, budget, and deliverables
• Identify project needs, including team resources and cross-department collaboration
• Assign tasks, provide direction, and motivate project team members
• Ensure project results are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Adhere to the Julius Baer Project Delivery Framework
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution

Project Monitoring & Control

• Track project timelines, prevent budget overruns, and report progress
• Manage and implement necessary changes to ensure project quality
• Control and document project phases according to internal standards (Request, Feasibility, Execution)
• Monitor and report project status to keep all stakeholders informed

Your Profile

• At least 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally in the financial or technology sector
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and JIRA
• Analytical and critical thinking mindset
• Fluency in English; German, French are a plus
