Your Job

• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• Internal/external (forwarding) DNS Record resolving
• Dynamic client registration (DHCP)
• Block level creation and configuration (DHCP Options, DNS Roles)
• ONT Network Management: network delegation, network administration of ONT networks in IPAM
• Assignment of internal static IP-addresses
• Assign DNS and DHCP options
• Monitoring DDI environment
• Internal ticket handling (includes Umbrella ticket requests)

Your profile

• Experience with Routing
• Experience with F5
• Experience with Fortinet, Fortigate
• Knowledge of Cisco, Cisco ACI, VPN
• Knowledge of Cisco ACI & Fortigate/Fortinet is main technology
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, & IPAM
