Summer Work: IT Excellence Summer Trainee

We are now seeking an IT Summer Trainee for Paulig IT to help us further build the future of IT and Digitalization. You will be based in Vuosaari, Finland and report to the Senior IT Manager. You will be part of a great team of people based in Finland, Sweden, Spain and Belgium.

In this role as IT Summer Trainee in the Group Functions and IT Excellence team you will be working together with two other IT Summer trainees, you will be helping to go through and clean IT Documentation and process documentation and you will help us to utilize e.g. ServiceNow tool in better ways.

What you will do:

• Help us with IT excellence-related documents and processes
• Help us clean the documentation
• Collaborate with IT Team members across the organization
• Be part of IT and Digital team and Summer trainee community
• Help us to create better communication materials for our colleagues
  
  

What we expect from you:

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this:

• Student in the field of IT or related to IT
• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint online knowhow is beneficial but not required if you are a fast learner
• Work in an organized way
• Can work independently
• Good communication skills as you will collaborate with Paulig employees (contacting people owning teams and sites)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
