The Role

We care deeply about design and, for us, it’s about crafting exceptional experiences for our users. We’re looking for a Digital Designer to play a key leadership role in our design team, shaping our product and user experiences. This role requires a broad range of skills, including the ability to create high-quality designs and prototypes. We believe exceptional experiences don’t happen by accident and designers at Driva are instrumental in turning our vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the design process from concepts to execution
• Collaborating with the growth (marketing) team to create high converting and engaging assets - including landing pages, ads and emails
• Ensuring brand consistency and innovation across all products and customer touch points
• Aligning design and growth initiatives to business outcomes through enriching the experience of our customers
• Leveraging data to make design decisions
• Take ownership of design & brand across the company, fostering design culture and thinking

Skills & Experience:

• Master of their craft, from tooling to attention to detail
• 3+ years of experience in digital design (or relevant field) at an agency or startup
• Strong creative background, with experience across a variety of project types
• Experience collaborating within product teams with open-minded communication
• Ability to execute on projects end-to-end
• Experience designing in fast paced environments
• Figma expertise
• Adobe suite
• Visual, UI, and prototyping skills

Nice to have

• Animation
• Experience designing for financial products
