About The Role

Feathery has been growing rapidly, recently reached profitability, and is taking on more, and larger, customers. We're looking for an AI engineer to help drive development of our Document Intelligence product. We put innovation first, which means you'll drive cutting-edge features that customers are eagerly waiting for.

Beyond your technical work, you'll gain leadership responsibilities early on as we grow the team and close customers. You'll be involved in scaling the product, the team, and the entire company.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end Document Intelligence features and drive development decisions to create a robust, scalable, and easy-to-use platform.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and accuracy of our AI products.
• Work closely with our users to deliver a fantastic product experience.
• Work with cutting edge models and AI development techniques
