Assistant Manager, HR Analytics

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing on the tracking and analysis of HR metrics and indicators to identify trends and generate insights that facilitate workforce planning and decision making.
• Managing and implementing effective and efficient internal processes to extract, transform and combine HR-related data from different systems and sources (e.g. HR systems, payroll output, internal surveys, government statistics) for regular reporting (e.g. HR Dashboard), statistical requests (e.g. manpower surveys), and internal reviews.
• Partnering with relevant HR teams and internal stakeholders to conduct studies and data analysis on specific processes (e.g. recruitment, people movement, and turnover) through question design and scoping of data requirements.
• Analysing data and statistics for trends and patterns with focus on recruitment, employee engagement, team member development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Preparing regular and ad hoc manpower reports and communicating findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Working with HR systems team to ensure consistency in the usage and interpretation of data fields for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in related discipline
• Proficient in data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL) techniques and data analytical tools
• Resourceful with good presentation and analytical skills
