UX/UI Designer

This role: If you are passionate about creating great user experience and, want to grow in this area, work with other designers to solve user’s problems, and make an impact in international projects - we are looking for You.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX&UI design
• Mentoring other designers

We need you if you...

• Have strong portfolio of UX and UI projects. A portfolio could be Behance, Dribble, dedicated page, or in PDF format
• Have at least 3 years of proven commercial experience in UX and UI design. Experience in visual design is a plus
• Have a proficiency with Figma and FigJam - these are our standardized tools used for team collaboration
• Have at least an upper intermediate level of English, we are a multinational team and good language skills are essential
• Have understanding of design and UX concepts, and ability to explain, discuss, and challenge them (e.g. Gestalt principles, atomic design, user-centered design approach, double-diamond framework, etc.)
• Have understanding and experience in using different UX tools (e.g. user personas, A/B testing, wireframes, prototyping etc.)
