The Role
Lasting and meaningful partnerships are important to us!
As a Partner Growth Specialist (Account Executive), you’ll join our Independent Partners team - this team is responsible for uncovering opportunities for stores to reduce their food waste; for food to get to people rather than to the bin. We do this by building meaningful partnerships with our network of over 1800 stores (and growing!), and ensuring they make Too Good To Go part of their daily operations to rethink the food that may be wasted.
You will work with our partners on a daily basis, acting as their main point of contact to help ensure they have an amazing experience with Too Good To Go by helping them capture all their waste, and become real ambassadors of the food waste revolution.

Some Key Components Of This Role Would Include
- B2B Client-Facing Experience: Sales, Account Management (preferred), or Customer Service
- CRM & Data Analytics Skills: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical & KPI-Driven: Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance targets
- Strong Communicator: Ability to effectively connect with partners over the phone
- Problem-Solver: Data-driven mindset to identify areas of opportunity
- Excellent Written Communication: Clear and friendly in emails and text conversations
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and build relationships
- Empathetic & Patient: Approach conversations with understanding and care
- Autonomous & Organized: Able to manage time and multitask efficiently
- Proactive & Adaptable: Ready to take initiative in a fast-growing environment
- Team Player: Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute ideas
- You have full written and verbal proficiency in both Norwegian and English
- You have experience in relationship management with clients and/or key stakeholders
- You are experienced in working with performance metrics and have an analytical mindset
- Ideally, you have previous experience in sales/upselling
- You have strong communication skills over the phone, with the ability to be expressive, convincing, and persistent
- Your way of working is solution-oriented, innovative and data-informed
- You are a team player, work in a structured manner and can thrive in ambiguous environments
- Ideally, but not necessarily, you have project management skills
- You are growth-minded and strive to make things even better and more efficient
- You have strong organisational skills - you have an eye for detail, you are great in administrative follow-ups
- You are passionate about fighting food waste, and can’t wait to join us to make an impact!
