Cyber Security Analyst - 40-50K – Remote

I am currently partnering with an innovative Cybersecurity company dedicated to providing top-tier services while helping clients stay secure in an ever-evolving threat landscape.

They are now seeking a motivated and skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design and implement security controls, provide clear security detections, and assist clients in addressing their cybersecurity challenges.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be:

• Deploying, managing, and optimising security solutions across diverse client environments while ensuring effective security detections and mitigations.
• Playing an integral role in advising clients on best practices, providing tailored recommendations, analysing compliance and incident data, and offering actionable insights to enhance their security posture.
• Troubleshooting customer support requests, maintaining strong client relationships through regular service reviews, and handling incident triage and response.

The ideal Cyber Security Analyst will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or other related fields (2:1 or 1st class preferred).
• Experience in Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT).
• Knowledge of computer networking principles.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, incident response, and network security concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft operating systems, and security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus but not mandatory.
