My name is Magnus Lundegren, Head of Network Services at Dustin. In my team, we believe in openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your role & influence as Network Engineer
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for designing, implementing, and optimizing network solutions using Cisco Meraki and Cisco technologies to drive connectivity and innovation for businesses in the Small Medium-Business and Large Corporate & Public sectors.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering and supporting network solutions, collaborating closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Service Desk and the Customer Success team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Core activities:
- Network Implementation & Configuration – Assist in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting network solutions, primarily using Cisco Meraki and Cisco enterprise technologies
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution – Work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose and resolve network-related issues
- Documentation– Maintain accurate network documentation and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery

Additionally, it's important that you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
- Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English
- Experience with Cisco Meraki or Cisco (a big plus, but not a dealbreaker!)
- Certifications are great, but if you don’t have them, we still want to hear from you!
