About the Job

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll work on developing cutting-edge web-based products within our Gaming ecosystem, such as platforms, marketplaces, and social spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate on designing products from the ground up, where you’ll get to iterate, test, and push boundaries in an environment focused on experimentation and growth.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design - Create and refine visually appealing designs for our web products, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and align with our brand.
  • Sketching & Concepting - Develop initial concepts, wireframes, and ideas to drive innovation, collaborating with other team members to iterate on designs.
  • Research - Conduct research to understand AI trends and technologies (e.g. LLMs and image generation), ensuring the designs are forward-thinking.
  • UX/Wireframing - Build wireframes that guide the development of user interfaces and interactions for new product features.
  • Prototyping - Create functional prototypes to showcase design concepts and test user flows.


Job Requirements:

Must Have:

  • A strong grasp of visual design fundamentals. Should be shown in your portfolio.
  • A developed sensibility for commercial and modern visual design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools like Sketch),
  • Experience designing for web-based platforms/products (platform, marketplace, or social),
  • Background in using AI as a collaborative tool for design purposes, e.g., leveraging LLMs or AI-first services to enhance your creativity, or building products with AI as a core aspect of that product (e.g. chat assistant),
  • Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD,
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment, adapting to evolving requirements and changes in direction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take risks and iterate on new concepts.


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Figjam or Miro for brainstorming and collaborative design,
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

  • You are a recent graduate or have a few years of professional experience and are hungry to take on new challenges,
  • You are passionate about design, particularly when it comes to experimenting with new tools and pushing boundaries,
  • You have a curiosity for AI and how it can enhance the design process,
