Principal Product and Project Manager

As a Principal Product and Project Manager you will work with crossfunctional teams specializing in software development, engineering, analytics and product development and will promote effective collaboration and delivery in a rapid growth environment. The ideal candidate has clear and concise communication style as well as experience in data modelling and quant finance.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Team Leadership: Direct and support cross-functional agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools.
2. Coordination: Work closely with product managers to prioritize backlog, build roadmaps and align development efforts with business goals. Collaborate with tech leads to address technical challenges and ensure the quality of deliverables.
3. Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance using agile metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develope mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
5. Product Management: Assisting and improving E2E product development processes.
6. Strategy: Driving roadmap and digital portfolio across all key business units focusing on business value and scaling up plans.
7. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous learning and process optimization within teams, implementing feedback loops and retrospective insights to drive improvements.
8. Client Interface: Act as the primary liaison and advisory with clients, ensuring clear communication, senior stakeholder engagement, and alignment of project objectives.
