Product Owner Data Analytics

At ZF Wind Power, we are a global leader in technology-driven manufacturing of on- and offshore wind turbine gearboxes and powertrains and a global service partner. We lead the high-performance onshore market segments with our SHIFT compact modular platform designs. We delivered the world’s first offshore 9.5 MW wind turbine gearbox and, in close cooperation with our partner, delivered the first next generation 15 MW offshore powertrain.

We have the world’s largest installed capacity of +8 MW offshore wind turbine gearboxes. Since entering the wind industry in 1979, we have delivered more than 85,000 gearboxes, powering over 200 GW wind turbines, covering more than 25% of the total installed capacity of geared-driven wind turbines worldwide. Because of ZF Wind Power keeps on growing we are looking for a new colleague in the R&D department at our location in Antwerp, Belgium. This position can also be filled at our headquarters in Lommel, Belgium.

What you can look forward to as Product Owner Data Analytics:

• Design and develop data analytics products and services that add value for ZF Wind Power and its customers according to an agile methodology
• Stakeholder management and communication to ensure realization of analytics products and solutions in time and within budget
• Translate business requirements in actionable work items
• Be the link between product and development
• Prioritize, manage, and structure the product backlog
• Organize and lead scrum ceremonies
• Collaboration with domain experts and interdisciplinary teams within ZF Wind Power
• Support in making ZF Wind Power a data driven company

Your profile as Product Owner Data Analytics:

• Preferable Master degree in Engineering, IT or Analytics
• A good understanding of the Python data science stack (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, …) and git
• Product Owner Scrum certification is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key in our team: proactive, assertive, and flexible
• Entrepreneurial can do-attitude and open mindset
• Proficiency in English
