About The Role

At Kulfi Collective, we are on a mission to make the world (wide web) a brighter place, one incredible story at a time.. As our AI/ML Lead Engineer, you'll be at the heart of blending technology and creativity.

As our AI/ML Lead Engineer, you'll be at the heart of blending technology and creativity. You'll work closely with VP Product & Tech at Kulfi Collective to build AI powered products and workflows, with a focus on disrupting creative and marketing processes. You'll create cutting-edge digital products and AI-powered market intelligence platforms that will be used by some of the biggest global and Indian brands. We're looking for someone who can not only code but also contribute innovative ideas to push the boundaries of what's possible in this continuously evolving space..

A day in the life of AI/ML Lead Engineer,

• Build digital products, new offerings, and connected experiences that people love
• Managing the data pipelines and AI solutions for our Market Intelligence platform, used by senior marketers across the top brands in India and abroad.
• Design and implement AI workflows and integrations for creative solutions
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and creative teams to design and build innovative tech solutions
• Conduct research & prototyping on emerging technologies and AI trends to keep Kulfi Collective at the forefront of innovation
• Provide technical guidance and support for client projects
• Contribute to our tech strategy and best practices
  
  

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 3-5 years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer, with proficiency in modern web technologies
• At least 1 year of experience building production environment products or workflows using foundational AI products including ( OpenAI, Anthropic, Runway, Stable Diffusion etc)
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch etc).
• Experience in web scraping frameworks (e.g., Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, Selenium).
• Knowledge in building and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models.
• Solid understanding of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search.
• Experience with creating and maintaining data pipelines and systems at scale
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable deployment of AI stack
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies & creative tools quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work in an Agile and dynamic environment
