Data Analysis Lecturer (part-time)

We are looking for our best Data Analysis Lecturer. You will play an essential role in teaching students, helping shape and deepen their knowledge.

This is a part-time role with a workload of up to 50 hours per month.

Our goal is to help students find their first job so we do not charge students until they receive a job offer
We believe in hands-on learning, so our educational programs consist of 80% of practice and only 20% of theory
You will not teach tedious theory, but you will interact with students every day in such a way that they learn to think, analyze, and successfully apply the acquired knowledge in practice. We will be happy to share with you how we do this!
You will collaborate with a team of experienced Instructional Designers, Coordinators, and Mentors who ensure consistency in the educational process for each student

What Will You Need To Succeed

At least 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including creating complex queries and working with databases.
Confident use of Python for data analysis.
Solid understanding of statistics and its application in analytics, including A/B testing.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or others).
Advanced knowledge of Google Spreadsheets or Excel.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
Strong feedback skills focused on student growth and development.
Proactive, flexible, eager to share knowledge and motivate young professionals or students to achieve their objectives
Fluency in Ukrainian (our classes are conducted in Ukrainian)
Proficiency in English, sufficient to work with English-language materials.

Your Advantage Will Be

Certifications in Data Analytics (Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist).
Experience working with products as a Product Analyst or Marketing Analyst.
Prior experience in teaching or mentoring (preferably in analytics or programming).
Hands-on experience preparing students for careers in Data Analytics, including portfolio development support.

Your Tasks Will Be

Adapting and updating course materials with the help of Instructional Designers. Please, take a look at our Program.
Conducting daily sessions. Morning hours between 9:00 and 12:00, with flexibility to discuss your availability. The lecture duration is up to 1.5 hours.
Supporting student motivation and assisting in resolving learning challenges.
