Web & Brand Designer for Kyiv Design Hub

Job Description

As a Senior Web & Brand Designer, you’ll handle a range of design tasks, from concept to completion, creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs. You'll collaborate with team members to ensure projects align with goals and contribute to innovative visual design solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Take ownership of a wide range of visual design tasks, from initial wireframing and layout creation to final design polish, ensuring all tasks meet the highest standards
• Use your technical skills to bring designs to life on the web, becoming an expert in the Wix platform, and ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional user experiences
• Continuously push creative boundaries by experimenting with new design concepts, tools, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences
• Work closely with project managers and fellow designers to bring innovative design ideas to life, ensuring alignment with project goals and the overall vision
• Approach design challenges with a creative mindset, finding innovative solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality
• Receive and apply constructive feedback from team members to refine and enhance designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Wix features, web design trends, and best practices to keep designs fresh and innovative
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional web and brand design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to take projects from concept to launch
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• A keen eye for detail to ensure all design elements are polished and aligned with project objectives
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively articulate ideas
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, accept constructive feedback, and enhance designs accordingly
• Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, including layout, typography, and image creation, paired with a creative mindset to craft unique design experiences
• Highly organized, independent, and productive, with the ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them from start to finish
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach that contributes to a dynamic and engaging team culture
• Experience with AI-driven creation tools, HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding capabilities, web creation platforms such as Webflow, Wix, Tilda, and more - an advantage
• Illustrations and image making skills, After Effects, Blender and/or Cinema 4D knowledge - an advantage
