About the Role :

We are looking for a Project Manager to support Chief Country Manager-Dubai Branch in effectively managing strategic and operational projects. The role involves planning, execution, and oversight of high-impact initiatives in line with business objectives, quality standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with functional units and management

Manage project dependencies, track milestones, and resolve key issues

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Support day-to-day operations within the section, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines

Who Should Apply?

✔️ 8-10 years of experience in financial services, banking, or ‘Big 4’ consulting

✔️ Proven expertise in managing medium-to-large projects in the banking sector

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field

✔️ Strong strategic, project management, and budgeting skills
