Scrum Master

At Sioux Technologies, we develop and build complex high-tech products, often at the limit of what is technologically possible. We do this together, within a close-knit team of enthusiastic specialists in electronics, software, optics & physics, mechanics, mechatronics and mathematics. This could be for a large project at a renowned multinational or for a promising start-up developing the next breakthrough technology.

What excites you as a Scrum Master

You know all about the corresponding SAFe rituals and principles and can convey these principles and practices in a way that your team and stakeholders can relate to.

You know when to cheer, when to coach, and when to challenge, to create a high-performing, pro-active team. Our teams are intercultural, and we expect experience in a similar environment. Escalations are part of your role, so you have to be able to handle the heat, stay calm, and work effectively with other teams and stakeholders.

This is what you bring to the table

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or similar.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in (embedded) software development, of which you worked at least 2 years in a Scrum Master role.
• You can develop an understanding of what the team is doing, without diving into technical details.
• Keeping an overview, visualizing progress and transparency are key.
• You are self-reliant, a solid partner for our clients and you coach your team to be self-sustaining.
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe v6.0 you know how to deploy the values, principles, and rituals.
• You are energized by developing people and keeping customers satisfied while also standing your ground.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a sharp eye for bringing in challenging activities.
• You are keen on growing personally, have the ability to self reflect and love making high tech solutions.
• You have experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
