What is this role about?

• Own the impact on customer acquisition – Your work will directly influence millions of users by optimizing landing pages and top-funnel conversion rates, driving Bondora’s 1M+ annual loan applications.
• Blend engineering with business growth – Unlike traditional development roles, you’ll work at the intersection of tech and marketing, using data-driven experimentation to drive measurable revenue growth.

This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be located in Estonia. Do note that we're not able to offer relocation or remote work for this position.

Your mission includes working on:

• Distributed systems
• Messaging architecture
• Microservices
• Azure Cloud and Kubernetes
• REST API-s
• Monolith

What would ensure success in this role?

• Have prior experience in strongly typed languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar. Preferably in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Docker, or ASP.NET.
• Have experience with FE, preferably with React.
• Have full-stack experience.
• Someone who excels in problem-solving, is adaptable and is willing to work on improving legacy systems and creating new services.
• An engineer who wants to be involved in the entire lifecycle of the product and is excited about working on products (we are a heavy product organization).
• Responsible and willing to take ownership.
• Proactive and forward-looking.
• Excellent in communicating in English, both verbally and written.
• Have previous experience in fintech/loan business systems developments (this will be considered as an advantage).
