We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Tech Accelerator team to deliver solution on strategic and high priority projects for the Group.

You Will Evolve In a Favorable And Stimulating Environment

• Development of projects with many experts in their respective fields: Data Science, AI, Agility, Business experts, UX/UI, Data engineering, Big Data and Cloud architecture, DevOps & IaC
• Diversity of Data (internal / external, structured or not) and missions (marketing, supply, retail, R&I ...)
• Diversity of tech stacks: GCP, Terraform, Node JS, React JS, Python …
• Capacity and dedicated time to identify and test new approaches, technologies and tools
  
  

Missions

L’Oréal is in a period of growth in digital and is building dynamic and multidisciplinary teams from different backgrounds to deliver on our exciting mission to accelerate the company Beauty Tech transformation. In this context, L’Oréal has launched a Tech Accelerator, a brand-new structure contributing to transform L’Oréal into a Beauty Tech through the acceleration of strategic deep tech projects at scale. With 3 hubs in Paris, New York and Shanghai, it is a structure blending rare resources, state-of-the-art technologies & methodology to enable our best talents to deliver the most value.

• Define the different web tech stacks & make sure of their implementation.
• Implement new web features on different projects with our project teams
• Implement Google analytics & google tag manager to monitor our web product usage
• Test the code: unit tests, functional tests
  
  

In The Tech Accelerator You Will Be Joining The Tech Team, To Design, Build & Maintain The Different Web Solutions Build For Our Use Cases. As a Full Stack Developer, You Will

• Implement APIs, usable UIs; contribute to their design with the UX teams & POs
• Trigger events in order to be able to analyze the user flow and user experience
• Test features in order to reduce regressions and the number of bugs
• Contribute to the definition of the web stack templates & make them evolve
  
  

Your Profile

You are a student

• With a master’s degree in Engineering/ Business School / University.
• Looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.
• Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school.
• Fluent in English or French.
• You can use : Node JS, React JS, SQL/Postgre SQL ,Unitary & integration tests for Javascript
• Beyond the technical skills, we are above all looking for profiles with strong potential, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to make a difference.

A 30-minute interview with a recruiter will allow you to present your personality and explore the opportunities that match your profile.

If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, between 45 minutes and 1 hour, to discuss the missions.
