🤖 What you’ll be doing

• Identify, analyze, and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and data-driven insights

• Work with stakeholders to define AI use cases and align them with business objectives

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data for analysis and modeling

• Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and business impact

• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with industry standards

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, data science, and machine learning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts

🧠 Skills & qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in AI, data science, or analytics

• Strong knowledge of machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling

• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business needs

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib)

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously

• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and environments

• Fluent in FR or NL + strong command of English

• A team-player attitude and a good sense of humor 😊
