What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure first-level support for users via phone, email, and on-site for software and hardware issues.
• Install and set up hardware for end-users.
• Document and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
• Maintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base.
• Provide support for internal training courses and events.
• Collaborate on internal IT projects as needed.
  
  

What You Bring To The Job

• Multiple years of experience in a technical support role in IT
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, M365 E5, and iOS/MacOS
• User-oriented and service-minded approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Travel Requirements2x week, working in different AO offices (Zizers, Zurich and Davos)
• English: C1 – Advanced
