We are partnered with a Fast-growing startup building an automation platform to streamline industrial processes across commercial & financial operations.

🔥 The Opportunity:

Own AI model development & rapid experimentation

Improve LLM performance & build forecast simulation models

Work closely with a small, fast-moving engineering team

💰 £70-£90k + equity | 💻 Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, AI/ML

📍 Hybrid - London (3 days onsite)

✅ Who You Are:

Strong software engineering background (AI/ML a plus)

Comfortable with ambiguity & rapid iteration

Creative problem-solver with hands-on experience in Python

Experience in forecasting/simulation models (nice to have)

Must have full UK work rights.
