Job Description:

We are seeking a System Analyst with hands-on experience in MLOps implementation and Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing ML models in production, ensuring seamless integration with business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize MLOps pipelines for deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to automate ML workflows and ensure seamless model deployment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models, enabling efficient model retraining, versioning, and rollback strategies.
• Monitor model performance, handle drift detection, and automate retraining strategies.
• Gather business requirements, perform feasibility analysis, and translate them into technical MLOps solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate ML models with existing cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Optimize ML model serving using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and model hosting solutions (SageMaker, MLflow, TensorFlow Serving).
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps implementation and Business Analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or SageMaker.
• Proficiency in CI/CD for ML models using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, model monitoring, and drift detection.
• Experience working in a business analysis role, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data engineering workflows and ETL pipelines.
• Knowledge of API development for model serving and integration.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail industries is a plus.
