NordLayer’s Business Enablement team is essential to the organization, and your role will be crucial in providing data-driven insights, identifying opportunities, validating and measuring experiments that transform business problems into sustainable future-proof solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Expand and improve our codebase by writing clean, quality PHP code supported by automated tests;
• Prioritize security in all development work to ensure robust and safe solutions;
• Advocate for good coding practices, continuous delivery, and technical excellence;
• Initiate and champion new technologies and development processes to enhance team capabilities;
• Unify workflows, frameworks, and practices across teams to streamline operations
  
  
  
  
  

Core Requirements

• At least 5 + years of experience working with PHP;
• Fluency in Symfony;
• Understanding of OOP principles & good code design;
• Previous experience in building highly scalable systems;
• Knowledge of API design and good MySQL practices with experience handling big data quantities;
• Familiarity with Docker, RabbitMQ, Redis, and version control using Git
