• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion-tech, e-commerce, or digital retail
• Proven track record in building digital products or services
• Strong technical understanding and digital expertise
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
• Fluent in German and English

• Experience with fashion marketplaces or fashion platforms
• Background in UX/UI design
• Network in the fashion or tech industry
• Startup experience
• Marketing or sales expertise
