They are seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to play a key role in the oversight and governance of investment funds. This position will involve close collaboration with external service providers while contributing to critical reporting and regulatory requirements.

Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of Fund Oversight, the role will involve:
- Overseeing outsourced fund administration and unit pricing activities.
- Monitoring investment accounting and custodian services to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Conducting periodic reviews of external provider procedures and controls.
- Attending governance meetings with third-party service providers to ensure high-quality standards.
- Preparing financial and operational reports for internal management and governance committees.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Compiling and submitting investment-related data for quarterly regulatory reporting.
- Ensuring all operational processes align with customer fairness and policyholder protection principles.
- Reviewing and overseeing daily unit pricing outputs to maintain accuracy and compliance.
