E-Commerce Intern (Starting from Aug 2025)

Join our dynamic e-commerce team for a six-month internship and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of online retail. This is a unique opportunity for a multilingual individual eager to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of e-commerce operations. As an intern, you will play a key role in projects that enhance our market presence and elevate customer experiences on our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis

-Gather and analyze data to track regular sales trends, contributing to strategic decision-making through insightful data interpretation.

Product Listing and Content Management

-Work closely with headquarters and the regional team to support product listings and manage Amazon A+ content uploads.

-Assist in the localization and development of digital content for multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with regional needs and brand guidelines.

Digital Experience Enhancement

-Optimize campaign page content to improve frontend user experience, ensuring clarity, engagement, and consistency with brand standards.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze feedback and implement enhancements that align with user needs and business goals.

Operational Support

-Provide operational assistance to the team and facilitate effective communication with external agencies.

Qualifications:

-Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field;

-Proficient in Chinese, English, and French;

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with digital tools.

-Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and design tasks;

-Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

-A team player who can also work independently and take initiative when needed.
