About The Role
This role will be crucial in shaping the user experience of our community management platform and driving product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our products
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in UX/UI
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in designing UI for tech products
- Proven track record of working in tech startups
- Expert at UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Willingness to work in-office in Buenos Aires
- Adaptability to a dynamic startup environment
