TL Software Engineer

Proclinical is seeking a TL Software Engineer for our client to develop their ERP platform. You will manage their development team, plan and implement software architectures, and ensure code quality. You will oversee the technical execution of their software solutions, design software architectures and assist in their implementation, collaborating closely with their project manager to turn technical requirements into effective solutions.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Lead the development team and be responsible for the technical implementation of their software solutions.
• Plan software architectures and support their implementation.
• Work closely with their project manager to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Sharing knowledge with the team and support them with technical questions.
• Contributing to code quality by establishing and developing best practices.

Technical Skillsets:

• Extensive experience in software development with C# and .NET.
• Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, knowledge of frameworks such as Angular or React.js is an advantage.
• Experience in planning and implementing software architectures.
• Familiar with Git and Azure.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
