Job Overview:
The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for managing dashboards, MIS (Management Information Systems), and business insights for the offline centers. The role involves analyzing key metrics such as student enrollments, revenue, P&L performance, lead conversion, attendance, retention, and marketing ROI. The BA will provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business operations, enhance decision-making, and drive profitability for multiple coaching centers across Commerce, CA, IPMAT, CLAT, and CUET categories.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Dashboard Development & MIS Management
- Create, manage, and automate business dashboards for real-time tracking of:
- Enrollments & Lead Conversions
- Revenue, P&L, and Cost Optimization
- Batch Performance & Student Retention
- Marketing ROI & Center-wise Performance
- Faculty Utilization & Attendance Analytics
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
- Develop customized reports for senior management, enabling strategic decision-making.
2. Business Insights & Performance Analysis
- Analyze center-wise performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve growth.
- Identify opportunities for revenue maximization and cost efficiency across centers.
- Conduct forecasting and predictive analysis for student enrollments, dropouts, and revenue trends.
- Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance overall performance.
3. Process Automation & Reporting
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and visualization using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Streamline MIS reporting processes for real-time and weekly updates.
- Implement data-driven approaches to reduce operational inefficiencies.
4. Student & Faculty Performance Analytics
- Track faculty performance, batch outcomes, and student engagement levels.
- Identify trends in academic results, attendance, and feedback to improve retention.
- Assist in curriculum and faculty allocation decisions based on data insights.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Business Strategy Support
- Work closely with the Regional Business Head, Center Heads, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Support business leaders in data-driven strategic decision-making.
- Generate insights to improve category-wise (Commerce, CA, IPMAT, CLAT, CUET) performance.
- Assist in preparing business reviews, board presentations, and investor reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or MIS management (preferably in the EdTech or coaching industry).
- Experience in analyzing multi-center operations and test-prep businesses is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel-based reporting is highly desirable.
