The Job

• As a Project Manager, lead transformational projects from start to end.
• Develop engineering/process solutions for existing and new operations for safety, improved efficiency and minimized cost.
• Understand user requirements, problem statements and propose practical and innovative solutions.
• Lead proof of concept (POC) projects from start to end and track the delivery and final implementation of solutions.
• Conduct internal process and project audits for adherence to internal processes.
• Conduct research on technology and operation methods to ensure better productivity, safe practices and at lower cost.
• Prepare objective reports for deliverables and track progress of works.
• Communicate with various stakeholders and independently present solutions for obtaining buy-in.
• Drive on-ground adoption and implementation of solutions with users and address issues dynamically.
• Develop Standard Operating Practices and process flows, work process instructions, training and other implementation strategies for POC projects.
• Evaluate/review safety of operations including cranes, lifting plans, RA and modes/sequencing of operations.
• Preparing internal purchase requests and follow up on procurement of services and equipment.
  
  

Job Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in Project Management/Automation/Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as project manager / project lead.
• Drive on-ground implementation of innovative solutions with users.
• Possess design/critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS word programs (Power point, Word, Excel, etc.) and possess good presentation skills.
• Ability to generate cost models and test financial feasibility
• Able to independently manage projects and make decisions on-ground.
• Knowledge of engineering or supply chain processes.
• Able to manage internal and external stakeholders and possess excellent people management skills.
