What The Role Is

You assist in managing National Service (NS) administration for NSmen, in accordance with MINDEF's NS management system.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Support NSmen in human resource and administrative matters
  • Coordinate training for NSmen
  • Manage feedback from NSmen and contribute to creating a positive NS experience
  • Plan and manage NS HR administration for all ranks and levels


Challenge(s)

  • Understanding the unique demands of the NS system
  • Translating NS system requirements into HR practices
  • Ensuring effective HR administration across all ranks and levels


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Human Resource Management, Public Relations or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in related fields is preferred
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to define problems, generate ideas, evaluate solutions, implement and assess outcomes
  • Skills in organising and leading teams
