• Configure and install network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Implement and manage Palo Alto SD-WAN solutions for network performance and security.
• Manage Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN with Prisma Access.
• Perform network maintenance, updates, and security configurations.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance network security and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
  
  

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and security principles.
• Experience with Palo Alto ION or CloudGenix SD-WAN solutions.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds Orion).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
• Experience with cloud networking environments (e.g., Azure) is a bonus.
