Full Stack Engineer

The FullStack Developer at Reconomy Group is responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions. They collaborate closely with team leads, architects, and other developers to create scalable and high-performance backend systems using Reconomy Group's core technologies, such as .NET.

The FullStack Developer ensures seamless integration with frontend components and participates actively in the full software development lifecycle. They continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, while working closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend systems using Reconomy Group's core technologies, such as .NET ensuring adherence to best practices and established coding standards.
• Collaborate with the Lead Backend Engineer, Engineering Manager, Software Architect, frontend developers, mobile developers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders to design and implement backend components that meet business requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend (Angular) and backend components by working closely with frontend developers and other team members.
• Actively contribute to code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
• Identify and troubleshoot backend-related issues, implementing fixes and optimizations as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development, continuously learning and improving skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with broader organizational initiatives and support change management processes to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise and understanding of the development process, including specification, documentation, and QA,
• Experience with .NET Core & SQL Server, Angular, Typescript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services,
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum,
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices,
• Experience in a microservice architecture,
• Knowledge of Dapr is a plus.
