About The Job

One of our top clients is looking for a UX/UI Designer. You will play a key role in designing user-centric digital products and platforms, including websites and applications, for both internal and external services. Your focus will be on user research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity UI designs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the final design is both user-friendly and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for digital platforms, applications, or websites across multiple product lines.
• Conduct user research through methods such as user testing, surveys, and in-depth interviews to gather valuable insights.
• Define personas, user journeys, and flows to guide the design process and ensure alignment with user needs.
• Design both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to be handed over to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, facilitating workshops to refine product strategy and align on design vision.
• Contribute to building and maintaining the company’s design system.
• Perform usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
• Provide documentation of research findings, design decisions, and user insights to stakeholders.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma(Our Design Tool) and Mural (Our Digital Whiteboard).
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Solid experience with user research methodologies, including user testing, focus groups, and surveys.
• Ability to create accessible and intuitive digital products across multiple devices.
• Experience in creating personas, user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
