I'm looking to speak to Python developers with very strong AWS skills. This is a day rate contract role with one of my clients based in Galway.
Skills required:
- 8+ years in designing and developing enterprise-standard applications (Python preferred, also Go/Java) with pipeline/build tools (Git, Jenkins, AWS, Terraform, etc).
- Experience with scalable applications on Kubernetes or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies (Elasticache, EKS, SNS, SQS, IAM)
- Experience with data technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, AWS Athena, Parquet, PyArrow).
- Advantageous to have experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT.
- Experience with unit and functional testing
- Hands-on experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines.
