The Role

We are looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer with a strong AI affinity to drive the release of new features and integrations on our API. Given that we’re a new team, you are expected to have an impact from day one.

You will contribute to our first AI-driven project, designed to transform the daily experiences of both our members and employees.

The ideal candidate is autonomous, driven, and highly excited by the project. We expect a high level of attention to details and implementation on the internal tooling, 3rd-party integrations and back-end APIs.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement new projects and features from concept to completion
• Write clean, testable code with unit tests
• Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve our current applications
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
• Integrate and manage AI integrations
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications
• Build and improve code across the entire stack. Quality is not a trade-off.
• Contribute to building our engineering team: participate in technical reviews, architecture, design systems

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript and REST APIs.
• Some experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS and K8s is a plus.
• Experience with React and Storyblok is a plus.
• Familiarity with third-party AI integrations like OpenAI, Vercel, or Anthropic is highly desirable.
• Previous experience at a fast-paced tech startup.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
• Flexibility for a hybrid work model implying to be at the office in Brussels 3 days/week
