Insights Intern

This Insights Intern role focuses on supporting business partners with data-driven insights and advancing overall Data Analytics strategies. The intern will collaborate with the Data Analytics team to develop analytical skills, create data visualizations and reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis (60%): Transform raw data into actionable insights, optimize existing solutions, and develop reports and presentations to support business decision-making.
• Communicating Insights (20%): Present findings to senior management, build data-driven business cases, and educate employees on analytics.
• Supporting Data Strategies (20%): Contribute to data modeling, governance, and enterprise-wide data initiatives.

Skills & Experience Gained:

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and SSRS
• Exposure to corporate environments and working with remote teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience in data modeling, digital analytics, and AI/ML technologies

Qualifications:

• Currently in 3rd or 4th year of a related undergraduate program (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Digital Analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
• Knowledge of data management and warehousing principles.
