AI Technical Project Manager

About the role:

We are looking for an AI Technical Project Manager, who will join our team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role is a must for this position (Data Scientist, AI Engineer etc.);
• More than 1 year of experience in a related role;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in CS, mathematics or AI (or, any other engineering degree + in-depth understanding and relevant experience with AI/ML technologies);
• Advanced level of English is a must;
• Experience in consulting projects;
• Completed courses on Data Science, Machine Learning topics (Certificates will be a plus);
• High level of communication, analytical, and presentation skills;
• Be curious and passionate about innovations, especially in the AI sphere.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in project management in different AI-based projects;
• Experience being an AI consultant;
• Experience in Software Development/Data Analysis/Data Engineering specializations.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Data Science UA delivery team, tracking, managing and reporting all on-going project-based engagements;
• Establishing PMO and reporting procedures within the organization;
• Taking part in pre-sale/ post-sale activities to present the company properly and in outsourcing short/long-term projects;
• Be the “bridge” between business, clients, and developers;
• Building a trustful partnership with clients;
• Participating in communication with clients at all stages, including collecting requirements, scheduling meetings, follow-upping, managing expectations, working with deadlines, budgeting, reporting, etc;
• Additional activities related to public speaking, conferences, etc. within the company and our community;
• Ability to solve clients' cases in different ways based on gained company background and own knowledge.
