HR/HCM Project Manager (SAP SuccessFactors) (all genders)

As part of Tenthpin’s continued growth, we are seeking a skilled HR/HCM Project Manager with proven experience in managing mid-size, strategic technology projects. The role will focus on driving the continuous utilization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, introducing process efficiencies, and improving the end-user experience.

The Opportunity

As an HR/HCM Project Manager you will strategically align technology with business objectives. You'll excel in the role as the client’s trusted advisor and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of technology best practices for effective business solutions.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Project Leadership : Manage and deliver mid-size, strategic projects related to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Process Optimization : Identify and implement process efficiencies that enhance both system performance and end-user experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units, to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
• Continuous Improvement : Oversee the continuous utilization and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules to drive value and innovation.
• Project Governance : Track project progress, mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  
  

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant who has exceptional communication skills, sees the bigger picture, and works collaboratively with your clients and colleagues alike, to create exceptional solutions.

• Proven experience in managing technology projects of a mid-size, strategic nature.
• Prior experience in HR IT systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to introduce process efficiencies and improve system end-user experience.
• Excellent project management skills with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
