Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading AI projects, including developing POCs and AI prototypes in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or deep learning.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
  • Deep understanding of AI concepts, including model design, algorithm selection, data processing, and feature engineering.
  • Solid background in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
  • Experience with data handling, cloud computing, and AI deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ability to experiment with cutting-edge AI methodologies and tools, and test their applicability in real-world settings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of working in cross-functional teams and mentoring junior team members.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other advanced AI fields.
  • Familiarity with tools for model monitoring, versioning, and deployment (e.g., MLflow, TensorFlow Serving, Kubeflow).
  • A background in research, particularly in AI, machine learning, or computational neuroscience.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices for AI model deployment (CI/CD, version control, etc.).
