Senior Developer with Python & PHP

Location: Remote from Norway

We are seeking a proactive Senior Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Python and PHP, capable of making and standing by significant technical decisions. This role will involve close collaboration with the Chief Architect, serving as a sparring partner with the eventual goal of moving into an Architect role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chief Architect to shape and execute technical strategies.
• Lead and support the development team in building and enhancing platform-independent solutions.
• Take ownership of key technical decisions and provide leadership on architecture-related matters.
• Transition into an Architect role over time, contributing to long-term technical planning.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of solid experience in both Python and PHP development.
• Proven ability to make independent, significant technical decisions.
• Desire to grow into an Architect role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a distributed team environment.
• No strict requirements for education or specific cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
